Finally, a new entry...

Hello one and all!  It has indeed been a very long time.  I have been feeling apathy, as opposition of priority when it comes to the happenings in my life as of late.  With glee, the birth and rearing of Hazel has taken all of my attention and time.  Just last night though, I picked up my guitar with the intention of creating something novemthree.  It filled me with a feeling of jubilee to come up with fresh material.  There is something to say about resting one’s instruments long enough to forget paradigms, but not too long that one loses abilities and dexterity.  My first priority however, is to finish up my part of the Solanaceae project with Chelsea (Arrowwood) and Kim (:Of the Wand and the Moon:).  Kim has been extremely patient with me, and for that I am very grateful…Apologies to both of you.  Kim’s ability with the guitar shines in this project!  Next, I have been given a project from Luís (The Joy of Nature) to add some tracks for his forthcoming three-part release.  Also, Brian (Green Mistletoe) and I will be collaborating this autumn on some foresty folk

Hello everyone and all!

I hope that in starting this new adventure with Live Journal I am not spreading myself too thin, but I love meeting people with similar interests and a desire for musical collaboration. With that said, I make music under the guise of novemthree, along with a few other projects. I am currently involved with Kim Larsen from Of the Wand and the Moon and Chelsea Robb who is Arrowwood in a project called Solanaceae, which is in more of a renaissance vein than :OTWATM:... Also, I am currently working with Luis Couto from The Joy of Nature on some ambient-ish early folk music.  I also started a label called Little Somebody Records to help get great (in my humble and subjective opinion) music out!

Autumn is my favorite season.  With the weather turning, the leaves falling, oh my!  Everything smells better in the colder air, music is more comforting, and I am filled with a joy that only Spring can come close to...  But this Autumn is a very busy one.  I am going to father my first child in just a few weeks!  Also, we're selling our house and moving.  Add to this, the label and music, and it is almost overwhelming!  Alas, it is a joyous kind of overwhelming, for they are all changes in a positive direction.
